This 7-day liveaboard itinerary explores the best of Komodo National Park, starting and ending in Labuan Bajo, with up to 18 dives planned. The trip combines high-energy drift dives, manta encounters and colourful coral reefs with scenic island visits and short treks. Diving in central Komodo offers a mix of hard-coral slopes, manta cleaning stations and sheltered bays ideal for macro photography. Sites like Batu Bolong and Tatawa deliver strong fish action, while calmer areas provide contrast with rich coral gardens and critter life. A visit to Pink Beach and several night dives add variety to the experience. In the south, cooler waters attract large numbers of mantas and pelagic species, while the north of Komodo is known for adrenaline-filled dives in strong currents. Castle Rock, Crystal Rock and The Cauldron regularly host reef sharks, giant trevallies and massive fish schools, with reef hooks often used. The final days balance iconic dive sites with relaxed dives and optional land excursions, including hikes on Padar and Rinca islands to enjoy panoramic views and see Komodo dragons, before returning to Labuan Bajo.
